Sales Engineer (F/M) – Permanent contract in Belgium.
Job Description
Energy Pool is hiring a Sales Engineer (F/M) as a permanent contract in Belgium to support its growth.

Your Missions
- Identify and qualify new prospects
- Present our comprehensive range of services
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships
- Ensure clear and regular communication, particularly on financial performance
- Retain and renew existing contracts
- Understand client needs and propose relevant additional solutions
- Manage your activity through the CRM to ensure rigorous project tracking
Qualifications
- Degree from an engineering school or business school
- Strong interest in technical topics related to energy
- Comfortable working in industrial and/or renewable energy environments
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in B2B business development
- Strong skills in both prospecting and client retention
- Comfortable with both technical and commercial negotiation
- Language skills:
- English (C1)
- Dutch (C1)
Mobility
Frequent travel is expected (approximately 30% of the time) at both regional and national levels.
