imec IC-Link invites an experienced Advanced 3D Packaging Integration Lead to define and drive the technical roadmap for its 3D packaging platform, bringing advanced integration technologies from development into manufacturing-ready solutions.
You will lead cross-disciplinary teams across process integration, design, manufacturing, testing and reliability, collaborating with fab and partners to move complex technology toward production at imec's Leuven site.
