CNC Turner

Are you an experienced CNC Turner looking for a stable, long-term opportunity in Belgium? You will work on custom-made components and precision parts, not mass production, using modern CNC lathes in a professional and well-organized production environment.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate CNC turning machines (lathes)
• Work on custom-made and small to medium-sized production runs
• Read and interpret technical drawings and CNC programs
• Select and adjust tooling, cutting speeds, and machining parameters
• Perform quality checks and precision measurements
• Produce high-quality components with strict tolerances
• Collaborate with experienced colleagues in a skilled production team

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a CNC Turner or CNC Lathe Operator
• Experience with ISO programming (Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of turning processes and tooling
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Good command of English (minimum A2 level)
• Motivation to build a long-term career in Belgium
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality

What we offer

Salary & bonuses

• €18.00 to €23.00 per hour, depending on experience
