The Position
As a Process Consultant, you will work within the Delivery Excellence team to ensure and manage improvements in business processes. Your role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to drive change and enhance process efficiency.

Your Responsibilities
- Establish and manage continuous improvements in business processes.
- Define KPIs and gather process requirements.
- Identify and design necessary solutions.
- Support development of business cases and impact analyses.
- Initiate and manage changes in behavior and culture.
