We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to support a Marketing & Communication squad focused on professional banking clients.

Responsibilities:

Capture stakeholder needs and translate the annual Marketing & Communication plan into a structured squad backlog.
Prioritize backlog items according to customer needs, strategic objectives, commercial priorities, resources and deadlines.
Ensure objectives and expected outcomes are clear and stable before initiatives begin.
Monitor backlog delivery, progress, team performance and resource allocation.
Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate results and identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with Product Owners, strategists, IT teams and other stakeholders on strategic projects.
Act as a change agent and help strengthen Agile ways of working at squad and cluster levels.
Represent the squad in governance meetings and provide strategic direction through servant leadership.

Must-have requirements:

At least 6 years of relevant Product Owner experience.
Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree.
Strong knowledge of professional banking clients, banking products or related business lines.
Expertise in Agile, Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
Experience collaborating with IT teams, ideally application development teams.
Proven experience in change management and complex stakeholder management.
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, prioritization, negotiation and communication skills.
Professional proficiency in Dutch and French, with sound English proficiency.
