Tomarok is hiring a Finance and Accounting Manager for our Istanbul office.
About the role
You will lead our finance function in Turkey. You will own treasury, accounting, fixed assets and internal control, and work closely with our CFO on group financial reporting under IFRS.
Responsibilities
- Manage treasury: cash flow planning, banking relationships, FX exposure and liquidity.
- Oversee accounting: monthly and annual closing, financial statements, general ledger integrity.
- Manage fixed assets accounting and reporting.
- Lead internal audit and internal control processes and coordinate with external auditors.
- Prepare IFRS-based financial reporting for group consolidation.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
- Build and manage the finance and accounting team.
- Ensure compliance with Turkish tax and statutory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
- 10-15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
- Prior experience at an audit firm (Big Four or equivalent) is a strong plus.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS.
- Fluent English, spoken and written.
- Proven experience in treasury management.
- Strong leadership, organizational and analytical skills.
- Experience managing a finance or accounting team.
