Semactic is a European SaaS leader in Search Activation seeking a Customer Success Manager. You will be the main contact for clients, guiding onboarding, adoption and expansion across GEO/SEO offerings.
You will build lasting relationships, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with Product and Sales teams to improve the platform. The role requires 2+ years in CS, knowledge of SEO/GEO, strong communication, and fluency in English with French/Dutch a plus.
