ProgrammeStructure

Months 1–4 |Discover the Business&Master theFoundations:

You’llbegin by immersing yourself in the engine of UNIQLO:our stores.Your learning will happen directly on the shop floor rather than in an office setting.This is whereyou’llbuild a deep understanding of our customers, our products, and what makes our operations world-class.

You’lllearn andmaster:

• Customer service
• Product deliveries & replenishment
• Omni-channel & checkout operations
• Onboarding and training new starters
• Product categorymanagement

Months5-6| StepintoLeadership

As a supervisor,you’llbegin leading teamson the shop floor, influencing performance, and owning your first commercial responsibilities.This stage develops your leadership stance,building trust, driving results, and bringing out the best in the people around you.

You’lltake on:

• Team coordination & daily planning
• Developing the performanceof yourcolleagues
• Operational excellence and customer satisfaction
• Ownership of a keysubdivision,ensuringday to dayperformance

Months 7–12 | Drive the Business

In your final rotation,on topofmaintainingastrong presence on the shop floor as an assistant manager,you’llwork alongside the Store Manager to influence commercial decisions and operational strategy.

You’llbe responsible for:

• Sales analytics & KPI performance
• Inventory & commercialplanning
• Layoutoptimisation&storestandards
• Workforce planningalignedwith sales forecasts
• Team development & succession planning

MinimumRequirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’sdegreewith permanent workauthorizationinBelgium (student/graduate visas not accepted)
• Ready to start full-time inMarch or September 2027
• MinimumB2 levelEnglish and French /or Dutch (interviews will be in local language)
• Flexible with weekends and varied shifts
• Open to relocation withinBelgium
