LIMS LabWare System Administrator

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical organization, is seeking an operational specialist to provide support for master data administration within a laboratory environment. The role focuses on the configuration and maintenance of system data to ensure seamless laboratory and quality operations.

• Administer and maintain master data within LIMS LabWare Version 7.
• Configure analytical methods, specifications, and sampling plans according to business needs.
• Manage and maintain system formats and templates to support laboratory workflows.
• Ensure data configurations align strictly with internal business processes and procedures.
• Interact with laboratory end users and stakeholders to translate requirements into system settings.
• Verify the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of all configured data.

• You have 3+ years of experience in LIMS LabWare administration, specifically with Version 7 or similar.
• You bring expertise in master data configuration including analytical methods, specifications, and sampling plans.
• You possess hands‑on experience managing and maintaining LabWare formats and templates.
• You have the ability to work autonomously and interact effectively with business stakeholders.
• You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience within a pharmaceutical or regulated GxP environment.
• Knowledge of laboratory operations and French.
