Function

Our client is looking for an experienced testing professional to join a multidisciplinary agile development team and take ownership of both test coordination and test analysis activities. This opportunity combines operational coordination, hands‑on test execution, and close collaboration with developers, analysts, users, and stakeholders in a bilingual environment.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will help ensure the delivery of high-quality software by organizing, coordinating, and executing testing activities across the development lifecycle. You will work within a scrum team and contribute to the overall test approach for multiple developments.

Coordinate and follow up on test activities to support timely and reliable software delivery.
Define a suitable test approach based on technical context and functional requirements.
Prepare acceptance criteria, test cases, and regression test scenarios.
Align test plans and execution with testers, developers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
Support end-to-end testing and business acceptance testing with stakeholders outside the agile team.
Take the initiative to automate repetitive tests where possible.
Provide transparent reporting on test progress, findings, and software quality.
Guide and coordinate 1 to 2 other testers on a daily basis.
Analyse test results, document outcomes, and follow up on corrections with the relevant parties.

Technical Skills

The ideal profile brings solid hands‑on testing expertise and strong familiarity with modern test tools and methods.

Experience with test analysis and test coordination in a software delivery environment.
Strong understanding of test methodologies and standards such as ISTQB or TMap.
Experience with agile and scrum ways of working.
Experience with SQL, XML, and JSON for complex queries and data validation.
Experience with API testing, including SOAP and REST APIs.
Experience with non-functional testing, such as performance testing.
Experience working with Azure DevOps.
Knowledge of test automation, with the ability to automate tests independently or in collaboration with the team.
Experience with tools such as SoapUI, ReadyAPI, Postman, or similar solutions.
Experience with Playwright or a comparable automation tool is considered a plus.
ISTQB certification is a plus.

Profile

We are looking for a proactive and collaborative professional who combines analytical strength with strong coordination skills. You should feel comfortable working with both technical experts and business users in a structured, quality-driven environment.

At least 5 years of experience as a test analyst.
At least 3 years of experience as a test coordinator.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and flexibility.
Ability to work autonomously and organize tasks efficiently.
Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize information into practical test actions.
Team player with coaching and coordination capabilities.
