Summary
The Junior Financial Consultant plays a crucial role in supporting business clients with their financial needs, ensuring smooth daily operations across an international banking network.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain daily relationships with a portfolio of business clients.
- Handle, analyse and respond to clients' operational queries on domestic and international accounts, covering a broad range of banking products (payments, reporting, liquidity/cash pooling solutions, cards, and digital banking applications).
- Coordinate and follow up on client requests related to digital banking platforms and connectivity tools.
- Track all open requests using an internal dashboard and keep clients informed through regular status updates.
- Liaise with multiple internal departments, both locally and internationally, working within a genuinely international environment.
- Stay up to date on products and digital tools through ongoing internal training.
- Support portfolio management by identifying recurring issues, proposing solutions, and acting proactively on client needs.
Must Haves
- Recent graduate - no prior work experience necessary.
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, client-oriented mindset.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with digital banking tools and applications.
- Experience in customer service or client-facing roles (internships or academic projects considered).
