Our client, a prominent player in the manufacturing and pharmaceutical sector, is looking for a Digital Process Designer to support their digital transformation journey. This role focuses on the digitalization of paper-based checklists into structured templates to streamline production workflows within a low-code environment.
Responsibilities
- Transform paper checklists into digital templates using a low-code platform.
- Verify and implement IT logic, validation rules, and mathematical formulas for data accuracy.
- Execute peer reviews and participate in quality control processes for digital deliverables.
- Manage the full lifecycle of digital checklists from initial design to production deployment.
- Liaise with Process Owners, Quality Assurance, and technical teams to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Coordinate the transition of legacy data systems into modern digital frameworks.
- 1+ year of experience in an IT-oriented, analytical, or business process design role.
- You possess a foundational understanding of programming logic or technologies such as Python, Java, SQL, or JSON.
- You bring experience working within a manufacturing, production, or GxP environment.
- You have an analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex business rules into technical logic.
- You're a strong communicator with the pedagogical skills necessary to train and guide field operators and stakeholders.
- You are fluent in French with a good command of English.
- Prior experience with Mendix or CDW.
- Willingness to obtain Mendix training and certifications.
- Start date: October 1st, 2024.
- Duration: project length until end of 2026, with potential extension.
- Work regime: Full-time.
- Location: Brussels.
- Working model: Hybrid with 2 to 3 days onsite per week.
- Contract: open to both permanent employees and freelancers.
