Our client, a prominent player in the manufacturing and pharmaceutical sector, is looking for a Digital Process Designer to support their digital transformation journey. This role focuses on the digitalization of paper-based checklists into structured templates to streamline production workflows within a low-code environment.

Responsibilities

  • Transform paper checklists into digital templates using a low-code platform.
  • Verify and implement IT logic, validation rules, and mathematical formulas for data accuracy.
  • Execute peer reviews and participate in quality control processes for digital deliverables.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of digital checklists from initial design to production deployment.
  • Liaise with Process Owners, Quality Assurance, and technical teams to ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Coordinate the transition of legacy data systems into modern digital frameworks.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in an IT-oriented, analytical, or business process design role.
  • You possess a foundational understanding of programming logic or technologies such as Python, Java, SQL, or JSON.
  • You bring experience working within a manufacturing, production, or GxP environment.
  • You have an analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex business rules into technical logic.
  • You're a strong communicator with the pedagogical skills necessary to train and guide field operators and stakeholders.
  • You are fluent in French with a good command of English.

Nice to Haves

  • Prior experience with Mendix or CDW.
  • Willingness to obtain Mendix training and certifications.

Offer

  • Start date: October 1st, 2024.
  • Duration: project length until end of 2026, with potential extension.
  • Work regime: Full-time.
  • Location: Brussels.
  • Working model: Hybrid with 2 to 3 days onsite per week.
  • Contract: open to both permanent employees and freelancers.
