Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a high-performing team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators and sales staff. You will drive guest experience, services, boutiques and retail sales while delivering strong NPS results.
You will oversee training, staffing, scheduling, and coaching, ensuring compliance with policies, managing payroll budgets, and fostering an inclusive, energetic store culture that reflects Ulta Beauty's brand.
