### Your RoleAs our IT System Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities include:
* Managing and maintaining servers, networks, and user workstations
* Supporting first and second line colleagues with escalated technical issues
* Installing, configuring, and updating hardware and software
* Monitoring system performance and implementing robust security measures, including firewalls
* Documenting configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions
* Collaborating with the ICT Coordinator on infrastructure improvements and upgrades
* Assisting during internal audits and system migrations
* Ensuring compliance with IT policies and data protection standards###
Your Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in IT, System Administration, or equivalent experience
* Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
* Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and network protocols
* Familiarity with firewalls, endpoint protection, and backup solutions
* Linux knowledge is a plus
* Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
* Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
* A strong focus on security in everything you do###
