Welder

Overview

As an assembler/welder at the company in the Maaseik region, you assemble metal constructions and weld them according to technical drawings. You independently assemble small and large constructions based on technical drawings, perform welding tasks with MIG/MAG and adjust your method to materials of different thicknesses and formats. You check your own work for dimensions, precision, and finish to ensure the requested quality and collaborate with colleagues within the team to ensure the production process runs efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assemble metal constructions according to technical drawings.
• Perform welding tasks using MIG/MAG, adjusting technique for different material thicknesses and formats.
• Inspect and check dimensions, precision, and finish of completed work.
• Collaborate with team colleagues to ensure efficient production processes.

Qualifications

• Experience reading and understanding technical drawings.
• Proven experience as an assembler/welder in a similar role.
• Ability to work accurately and independently with attention to detail.
• Physical capability to handle parts ranging from small to large sizes.
• Proficiency in working collaboratively with colleagues.

• Salary: €17‑19 per hour depending on experience.
