About The Role

As a Personal Trainer (m/f) at our Aspria Brussels Clubs, you will support our members on their way to reach their goals.

As an energetic and communicative person, you have a high degree of empathy and are not deterred by potentially challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• You proactively sell and conduct personal training sessions.
• You implement the Aspria Service Standards.

What We Want From You

• You have a sports degree or completed training focused on fitness training.
• A proof of your trainer license (at least EREPS 4) is required.
• You have a valid Business identification number (VAT N°) in Belgium.
• You appreciate independent work and have the necessary sense of responsibility.
• Ideally, you have experience in acquisition, sales and customer retention.
• You appear positive, self‑confident and representative, inspiring guests, members and employees alike.
• You can communicate well in French and English with our international guests; Dutch and other languages are a plus.
