Position Overview / Summary:

• As the Global SAP Process Owner, Order Fulfillment, you will be responsible for evaluating, designing, implementing, measuring, and continuously improving global order fulfillment processes. Working closely with business stakeholders and external IT partners, you will ensure that processes are effectively integrated into our global SAP landscape and support business transformation, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in optimizing end-to-end workflows, driving standardization and automation initiatives, and ensuring that our order fulfillment processes remain scalable, compliant, and efficient. This position reports to the Director of Operational Excellence & Analytics.
