Your role:
As amember of the Inside sales Representatives Team, you will play acrucial role in promoting company services directly to clients, ensuring seamless activation and ongoing support for merchants.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assess andassign incoming leadsto the appropriate team;
- Manage andassist existing merchants with the onboarding processand payment acceptance setup;
- Promoteexisting and newcompany's servicestopotential merchants;
- Monitor and oversee active merchants post-activation to ensure seamless collaboration;
- Act as a key touchpoint between internal departments to support the effective use of internal systems and processes;
- Enter andmaintain up to date client information into the company's databaseand keep records with relevant data;
- Monitor and analyze account performance to drive growth;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Experience inmonitoring and analyzing account performanceto drive growth;
- Hold a strong interest in technology, with the desire to become a payments subject matter expert;
- Be able toidentify customer technical and commercial requirementsto craft solutions;
- Hold strong presentation skills, particularly over the phone or with video meetings;
- Possesses collaboration skills, able to work with a wide range of people to get stuff done;
- Fluent in French and Dutch, or fluent in one with strong command of the other
