Project Manager FR/EN

We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale technical infrastructure project in the Leuven region for a major industrial organization.

This is a unique opportunity to oversee a strategic project from its early design and permitting phases through execution, commissioning, and final handover. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating stakeholders, managing project performance, and ensuring successful delivery in a complex technical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the project throughout its full lifecycle.
• Act as the main point of contact for the client and key stakeholders.
• Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
• Coordinate engineering activities, permitting processes, and site operations.
• Manage contractors, suppliers, and long-lead procurement activities.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams during execution.
• Drive commissioning activities and ensure a successful project handover.
• Provide regular reporting and strategic updates to management and clients.

Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience on complex technical, industrial, infrastructure, energy, or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract management, risk management, and project controls.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and external contractors.
• Familiarity with construction, civil works, electrical infrastructure, or industrial installations is considered an asset.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficient in English and French.
