We are looking for an AI Engineer to join us on a permanent contract and design robust, production-ready AI solutions. You will work on high-impact projects involving RAG, generative AI, intelligent automation, and complex system integration in demanding enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Development: Build AI solutions based on RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), embeddings, vector databases, and LLMs.
• Industrialization: Create and scale AI and ML pipelines using Python.
• API Integration: Integrate state-of-the-art AI APIs (OpenAI) and deploy open-source models.
• Workflow Automation: Connect and automate complex workflows using tools like n8n or UiPath.
• Agile Collaboration: Partner closely with Product and Business teams within Agile rituals.
• Technical Excellence: Optimize the performance, security, and scalability of AI architectures and act as a technical reference point for AI and automation topics.

Profil recherché

You are an applied AI enthusiast with a strong "production-first" mindset and a focus on business value.

The Essentials

• Experience: 4 to 8 years in Data, AI, or Intelligent Automation.
• Hard Skills: Deep expertise in Python (FastAPI, LangChain, ML frameworks, Vector Databases).
• Hands-on Tech: Concrete experience with RAG, OpenAI API, n8n, UiPath, and OCR solutions.
• Structure: Solid background in software architectures and process modeling (BPMN, UML).
• Methodology: Comfortable working in Scrum or Agile environments.
• Languages: Fluent in French (C2) and professional English (C1). Dutch is a strong plus.

• Clarity: Ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
• Mindset: Autonomous, curious, and solution-oriented.

Déroulement des entretiens

• Introductory Call (15 min): Getting to know you and your career goals.
• Digital Sales Manager Interview (45 min): Presenting eXalt and diving into your background.
• Senior Business Manager Meeting (1h): Exploring specific client contexts and technical challenges.
• Final Interview: A meeting with one of our co-founders to discuss vision and cultural fit.
