Warehouse worker DHL Aviation NIGHT shift 20h-04h

As a warehouse worker for DHL Aviation, you are trained to perform the following tasks: loading and sorting of incoming and outgoing shipments by trucks and planes throughout the world. DHL has an excellent on‑job training so you don’t need to have any relevant work experience: enthusiasm and willingness to learn are far more important.

Profile

• Your knowledge of English is very good (important for all work and safety related instructions on the job).
• You have a basic knowledge of Dutch (level A1, your level can be put to the test).
• You can work full‑time, 38 hours a week.
• You can work during a 20:00‑04:00 night shift from Monday till Tuesday and 22:30‑06:30 from Wednesday till Friday.
• You are willing to improve your knowledge of Dutch (DHL offers Dutch learning sessions) which take place on Monday and Tuesday from 20:00 to 22:00.
• You are ready for an energetic job that requires walking a lot and lifting heavy shipments (±25 kg on a regular basis).
• Working safely comes first for you.
• You are looking for a long‑term employment.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage: €16.42 gross per hour.
• Shift bonus 20% per hour (night shift).
• Meal vouchers: €10 per worked day (starting from your 11th day of working).
• Transportation fee (car/bus/train: €0.11/km or bicycle: €0.35/km there and back).
• DHL working clothes and badge.
• Breakroom where you can buy sandwiches, warm meals and soft drinks.
