Contract
Jet Engin Inspector wanted for a company in Zaventem. The company is a worldwide leader in design, development and production of aircraft engines.
As part of the growth (RAMP UP) in LEAP engines, we are looking for an INSPECTOR to strengthen the team.
Your Responsibilities: Perform visual and dimensional inspections on dismantled parts in accordance with applicable procedures. Assess parts (serviceable, repairable, or scrap) using the ERP system and initiate necessary actions. Apply appropriate materials, tools, and methods. Ensure traceability by administratively closing completed tasks.
Determine the future configuration of parts or modules. Conduct incoming inspections of repaired or purchased parts.
Carry out final inspections after internal repairs.
Profiel
- You have a superior technical secondary school degree (type A2 in Mechanics, Car Mechanics, Electromechanics...) with a strong foundation in mechanics and proven experience as an aeronautical technician, or a bachelor's degree in aviation with relevant experience in our field.
- You have excellent knowledge of aircraft engines and proven experience as an Inspector.
- You are stress-resistant and take responsibility
- You are flexible can adapt to changing working conditions.
- As an Inspector quality and safety are your priorities.
- You are proactive and can take decisions in urgent situations.
- You have a very good knowledge of technical English, with some knowledge of Dutch or French and you are willing to improve your skills.
- You are willing to work 2 shifts (from 6am to 2pm, and from 2pm to 10pm).
- You enjoy working in a team, in a multilingual environment and supporting your colleagues.
