Destrooper Biscuits, a 100% Belgian, internationally recognized food company, is seeking a Science & Research Advisor to translate scientific insights into tangible product and process improvements. You’ll lead applied research, drive innovation, and collaborate with universities, suppliers, and internal teams across R&D, quality, production and supply chain.
You’ll monitor trends in food technology and ensure developments are integrated into products, raw materials and processes.
