• What You’ll Own:
• PMO & Governance: Establish the ERP PMO structure, manage budget/master schedules, oversee stage-gate processes, and steer executive decision-making.
• Vendor & Scope Management: Direct the implementation partner and external vendors, managing contracts, change requests, and milestone acceptance.
• Business & Architectural Integrity: Enforce "fit-to-standard" and "clean-core" principles while coordinating data migration, security, and integrations.
• Commercial Readiness: Guarantee that technical designs prioritize customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, sales productivity, and seamless change adoption.
• Go-Live & Hypercare: Lead readiness assessments, plan the hypercare phase, and transition the system safely to a Business-As-Usual (BAU) operating model.
• What You Bring:
• Seniority: 10+ years of proven experience heading up large-scale, complex enterprise ERP programs.
• Tech Core: Deep, practical expertise navigating Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O transformations.
• Stakeholder Mastery: Outstanding capability in vendor management, PMO setup, and influencing c-suite executives.
• Domain Breadth: Strong background spanning Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Customer Service.
• Plusses: PMP/PRINCE2 certification, stage-gate experience in multinational settings, or background in Energy/Utilities.
