We're seeking a Marine Operations Coordinator to support critical offshore activities in a fast‑paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex operations, working with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring everything runs safely and efficiently.

The Role

As a Marine Operations Coordinator, you'll support the daily coordination of offshore operations and help ensure vessels, personnel, contractors, and critical operational information are managed smoothly.

Your Responsibilities

  • Supporting daily marine and island coordination activities.
  • Maintaining and updating operational data in the coordination software platform.
  • Managing vessel and personnel registrations and ensuring information remains accurate and up to date.
  • Monitoring incoming documentation from contractors and verifying completeness and compliance.
  • Assisting with the planning and coordination of vessel movements and personnel transfers to offshore locations.
  • Supporting permit administration, access management, and vessel approval processes.
  • Participating in daily operational meetings and maintaining meeting minutes and action logs.
  • Identifying and escalating operational inconsistencies, deviations, and risks.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely administration of operational information.
  • Providing support to onshore operational activities in Ostend when required.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in an administrative, logistics, maritime, offshore, or operational coordination role.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a structured, systematic, and process-driven environment.
  • Understanding of logistics, planning, and operational workflows.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable learning new systems, tools, and processes quickly.
  • Experience within offshore wind, maritime operations, shipping, logistics, ports, construction, or industrial operations is considered a strong advantage.
