Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting a Postdoctoral Researcher, AI Safety to join our Data, Data Science & AI organization. This two-year fixed-term role reports to the Scientific Fellow, AI Safety and can be based in Beerse, Belgium, the Netherlands, the UK, or Ireland.
The role focuses on agentic AI governance, provable controls, adversarial assurance, and safety-native architecture within regulated pharmaceutical R&D. It requires a PhD and strong publication record in AI safety.
