Courtyard by Marriott Brussels offers an internship opportunity in our Kitchen team. You will be part of a progressive team of committed chefs aiming to provide quality food to a consistent standard.

This trainee role focuses on learning all aspects of food preparation and kitchen operations. During the internship, you will wash and cut vegetables, help cook soups, vegetables, fish and meat, and assist with sauces and mise en place under the supervision of the Chef de Partie.
