We're looking for a senior Project Leader to guide delivery from requirements gathering through implementation. The work centres on mapping current and future business processes and turning them into practical, technology-aligned solutions, while coordinating business stakeholders and developers throughout delivery.
What you'll do
- Lead project delivery from requirements definition through implementation, tracking agreed objectives.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather information and map business processes.
- Map current and future processes; align future designs with chosen technology.
- Prepare project deliverables that clarify objectives and give developers implementation-ready process documents.
- Track scope, quality, deadlines and budget; report progress and issues.
- Explain solution impacts and verify implementation fits agreed processes, methods and environment.
What you bring
- Senior project management experience taking work from requirements definition to implementation.
- Strong requirements gathering and business process analysis, including BPMN.
- Practical knowledge of Agile and TFS, plus Product Owner skills.
- Ability to turn abstract concepts and business needs into practical, implementation-ready documents.
- Clear communication and facilitation, with active listening and confidence advising stakeholders.
- Critical analysis and cross-functional judgement, including assessing effects of decisions across business areas.
- Ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships through advice grounded in expertise.
- Dutch (B2), French (B2) and English (B2).
