Beheerder Verzekeringen KMO

You will strengthen a specialised SME team within a stable and growing insurance agency. In this role, the emphasis is on substantive case management and advice, with room for consultation and specialisation.

You manage the insurance files of your assigned SME clients from A to Z and act as a permanent interlocutor for everything concerning their insurance portfolio.

Specifically:

• Full management and follow-up of SME insurance dossiers
• Analysing customer queries and translating them into appropriate solutions
• Comparing conditions and developing market consultations
• Working with a permanent account manager who looks after the commercial side of things
• Independently conducting customer meetings, physically or digitally
• Follow-up of annual policy reviews and adjustments
• Keeping files and CRM systems administratively correct and complete
• Maintaining contacts with insurers and conducting negotiations
• Starting within BOAR, with possibility of broadening into other domains

You will also have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge of one or more insurance domains and become a point of contact for colleagues. Je combineert technische kennis met verantwoordelijkheidszin en een professionele communicatie.

Wat belangrijk is:

• Minstens 3 jaar ervaring binnen KMO-verzekeringen
• Bachelor- of masterdiploma, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
• Gewend om dossiers zelfstandig en nauwkeurig te beheren
• Initiatiefrijk en bereid om processen kritisch te bekijken
• Zelfstandig, kwaliteitsgericht en gestructureerd
• Voldoende assertief om onderhandelingen met verzekeraars te voeren
• Kennis van Broker Cloud is een plus
• Kennis van Leven is mooi meegenomen, geen vereiste
• Frans en Engels zijn een meerwaarde, geen must
