* from 1/31/2027BelgiumYour tasksYour Focus: The well-being of guests and employees. You will assist with the coordination and management of the Housekeeping department.
In addition, you will be responsible for:
* Sharing responsibility for ordering and deliveries within the Housekeeping department
* Collaborating with internal and external cleaning staff
* Ensuring and implementing Motel One's housekeeping standards, as well as being responsible for cleanliness in all areas
* Sharing responsibility for conducting internal coaching sessions, cross-training, and onboarding new housekeeping employees
* Gaining cross-departmental insights into new areas of work through collaboration in our multicultural teamsWhether you're a seasoned hotel professional or looking to change careers

* Training in the hotel industry or professional experience in the hotel, restaurant, or retail sectors, or an interest in changing careers.
