Project Managers

Our client is looking for two senior Project Managers to strengthen its Project Management team. Both positions are stakeholder-driven project management roles in a dynamic environment with a strong focus on customer onboarding, business transformation, delivery coordination, and stakeholder alignment. While both Project Managers will operate as generalists and can be assigned to multiple strategic initiatives, one role will have an additional focus on onboarding key strategic wholesale customers to the company's future API and operating model.

The ideal candidates are not traditional IT Project Managers managing technical releases. Instead, they are business-oriented Project Managers who can understand complex business contexts, build relationships, navigate challenging stakeholder environments, and drive projects forward independently.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate strategic projects from initiation to delivery.
• Manage customer onboarding initiatives and business transformation projects.
• Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, customer expectations, and operational capabilities.
• Drive project governance, planning, reporting, risk management, and decision‑making.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure smooth collaboration across departments.
• Gather, challenge, and validate business requirements.
• Ensure actions, deliverables, and dependencies are followed up appropriately.
• Proactively identify risks, roadblocks, and improvement opportunities.
• Support change management and stakeholder adoption initiatives.
• Prioritize activities and ensure projects remain on track regarding scope, timelines, and objectives.
