You weld and process the steel components that complete our timber structures: gusset plates, anchors and connection assemblies, manufactured to measure at the St. Vith plant.
Your tasks
- Welding steel components to drawing and welding specifications
- Marking out, cutting and machining steel profiles and plates
- Visual inspection of welds and dimensional checks of finished components
- Coordination with colleagues in timber production for on-time handovers
Your profile
- Completed training as metalworker, welder, fitter or comparable
- Welding skills, ideally MAG/MIG, welding qualification an advantage
- Ability to read workshop drawings and welding symbols
- Careful working style, willingness to work in shifts
