Commercial Manager

Katoen Natie is an international logistics company focused on delivering innovative and sustainable supply chain solutions in over 30 countries. Tank Operations , part of the Specialty Chemicals business unit, provides global logistics solutions for solid and liquid chemicals. We operate a fleet of over 2,000 tank containers and offer door-to-door bulk chemical forwarding services as an NVOCC, with offices in Antwerp, Houston, and Singapore.

To support our growing operations, we’re looking for a Junior Commercial Manager to join our team in Kallo .

As Commercial Manager, you’ll begin by gaining hands-on experience in our operations to build a solid understanding of our services and workflows. This foundational period will prepare you to transition into a full commercial role, where you’ll take ownership of key accounts and ensure seamless coordination between clients and our operational teams.

Key Responsibilities that will grow over time:

• Act as main contact for customer accounts and ensure strong relationships.
• Handle quotes, contracts, and customer budgets.
• Track KPIs and find upselling opportunities.
• Keep records, instructions, and reports accurate and updated.
• Join meetings and align customer needs with operations.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Strong communication and social skills
• Fluent in Dutch & English; a strong knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Hands-on mentality, willingness to work on the floor, problem solver, strong negotiator, creative organizer and commercial flair
