Technical Assembly Operator M/V/X

How you'll make an impact:

• Assemble AI-Blox devices under the supervision and guidance of the engineering team
• Support device testing and validation activities led by the engineering team
• Prepare materials and components for assembly activities, including picking items from the warehouse to supply workstations
• Perform inventory counting and stock-taking activities to maintain accurate inventory records
• Organize, clean and optimize warehouse spaces to improve efficiency and accessibility
• Inspect assembled units and components to ensure quality and completeness
• Handle materials, tools and equipment safely and responsibly
• Assist the operations team with general production and logistics-related tasks as needed

• Hands-on mentality with an interest in assembling technical or electromechanical products
• Comfortable working with tools, hardware components and production materials
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Physically capable of lifting and moving boxes, materials and equipment
• Proactive attitude and willingness to support different operational activities
• Experience in assembly, warehouse operations or production environments is a plus
• Basic understanding of electronics or electromechanical systems is an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Good communication skills in English
• Available from October
• Able to work in our Brussels office on a fulltime basis
