IT Manager

We are looking for an ambitious and passionate IT Manager to join our team in Belgium (Kruisem).
In view of the further growth and professionalisation of the company, we are looking for a person to lead our IT activities at group level.

About REAZN

The REAZN GROUP is the world's largest producer of recycled zinc alloys. We are experts in premium, customized, prime grade zinc alloys, mainly made from secondary raw materials. We employ 150 zinc specialists across various countries and produce over 100,000 tons of zinc alloys annually for approximately 400 customers worldwide.

Since 1988 REAZN is dedicated to producing the alloys mainly from secondary zinc units. Since then, the company continues to invest, develop and optimize its innovative recycling technologies and in an environmentally responsible solution for processing and valorising zinc scraps.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Managing IT team (3 locations), mentoring and developing their skillset.
• Managing external partners and relations.
• Design, develop,implement best practices and policies for the organisation.
• Organize trainings, workshops and awareness sessions in relation toITfor the whole organization.
• System audits and analysis. Ensure security of data, network access and back-ups and check security ona regular basis.
• Develop and execute disaster recovery planning and maintain backup data.
• Oversees all hardware and software applications, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Keep the Digital Blueprint of the group up to date (software, licenses, users, network infrastructure and hardware) according to business needs and budget framework.
• Assessing opportunities for improvement in groupIT infrastructure and organisation.
• Overseeing and determine timeframes for upgrades, migrations and majorITprojectsin accordance with business needs.
• Costs effectivenessand optimization of the IT set-up.
• Managing annual budget and providing regular updates to senior management.
• Oversee and coordinate GDPR-compliance for the group.

Profile Requirements

• Hands-on experience of at least 10years in IT
• Experience in an industrial setting
• Several years experience in managing teams
• Qualification or degree in: science or computer science, Information technology
• GDPR knowledge and experience
• Cybersecurity knowledge
• Language: Dutch and English required. French is a plus.
