Allianz Partners is seeking a Customer Services & Claims professional in Brussels to support travelers and expatriates worldwide. You will handle cases via phone, coordinate with a global network, and provide empathetic, accurate assistance across diverse scenarios.
Requirements include fluent English and a customer-first mindset. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is expected, with rotation shifts and two weekends per month. Hybrid work is offered after onboarding.
