Jobomschrijving
As a Commercial Coordinator your responsibilities are very varied but with a main goal to optimize all commercial, logistics and sales support processes in the company. Concretely you will:
- You work closely with Sales Support, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure efficient commercial operations
- You support and optimize all ongoing commercial processes and give insights on how to make the collaboration between sales, sales support and logistics more efficient
- You analyze commercial figures, market tendencies, promotions to increase commercial insights
- You analyze demand planning processes, market tendencies in the sector to make sure the forecasts are more accurate
- You support sales, sales support, customer service and logistics teams in using the CRM tool well
- You guarantee a flawless and efficient OTC process
