Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager MSM and IRL, based in Belgium, the Netherlands, Sweden, Greece, Austria, or Ireland. You will lead distributor management, set pricing and annual plans, monitor performance, and collaborate with internal teams to drive growth across the Mentor portfolio.
Strong negotiation, analytics, and strategic thinking are essential. Willingness to travel up to 30% is required.
