Skills, knowledge, experience required:
- Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 3 years post-related experience O R a secondary educational qualification with 5 years post-related experience ;
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Network Technician, DDI or IP address management (IPAM) role;
- Familiarity with network automation or other coding languages .
Desirable:
- Drafting documents/manuals for NATO users ;
- Knowledge of NCIA deployable CIS assets ;
- Experience supporting NATO operations and exercises .
Duties/role:
- Ensuring that tickets are resolved in accordance with applicable Service Level Agreements (SLAs) ;
- Maintaining data quality and integrity ;
- Managing the registration and publication of names, addresses, and metadata required to support the operation and management of NATO networks and ensure compliance with Agency directives .
