Videographer / Editor

At OlbrechtsMedia, we create campaigns for multinationals in finance, motorsport, advanced materials and energy. Brand films, commercials, event films and employer branding, for clients who expect every frame to be right.

We're a small core team based in Mechelen, backed by a trusted network of specialists. Client experience comes first, quality second. We'd rather deliver work we're proud of than chase margin.

Role Description

We're looking for a Videographer / Editor to join our core team. Full-time, permanent contract, based at our office studio in Mechelen.

This isn't a "just press record" job. You follow a project from first idea to final grade:

• Shape the concept before the camera rolls
• Plan shoots and run camera and lighting on set, from interviews to fast-paced event days
• Edit, grade and finish your own work, ready for delivery
• Work with our project manager and freelance crew to keep every production on track
• Build OlbrechtsMedia's own brand content between client projects

Qualifications

• A reel that speaks for itself. A portfolio is required.
• Strong camera skills: framing, movement and focus, on cinema cameras like the Sony FX series or similar
• You can light an interview and adapt quickly to any location
• Fluent in Adobe Premiere Pro. Colour grading skills are a big plus.
• You think in ideas, not just shots, and can turn a brief into a film
• Organised and reliable, on set and in the edit
• Comfortable working directly with clients and the team
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• The ambition to grow towards DOP, colour or creative direction
