Our client, a renowned healthcare Insurance provider across Belgium, is looking for a Cyber Security Project Manager.

Our client has a need to deliver multiple IT security capabilities and needs an experienced Cyber Security project manager to coordinate and deliver these in line with the overall IT Security Roadmap.

Overall objectives:

  • Manage multiple Security projects, in line with our IT strategy, architectural & security guidelines and policies
  • Successful, qualitative and secure delivery of project scope within agreed timing and budget
  • Successful planning and execution of the assigned projects with the following project management controls: gate documents, nonfunctional requirements, IT project estimations (supported by top down & bottom-up estimation techniques), monthly project status updates, project schedules, time tracking, (steerco) presentations, (steerco) meeting minutes, action logs, risk logs… use of toolset & templates.

Projects in scope but not limited to:

  • Coordinate the gap analysis, risk assessment and mitigation activities required for compliance with the DORA regulation.
  • Implementation of IAM & Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution for Plan migration of applications and systems to use the new IAM / PAM solution.
  • Rollout of Data Loss Protection policies & use-cases, to detect and label sensitive information.
  • Determine the IT project objectives and feasibility;
  • Delineate, clarify and set stages for the project content, taking account of the project roadmap and dependencies;
  • Collect functional and non-functional requirements;
  • Identify and manage project interdependencies, risks and issues and proactively take or recommend the necessary measures;
  • Draw up an all-encompassing IT project plan aligned with resource managers and other project managers;
  • Taking the lead in multi-facets and issue solving-oriented projects in diưerent IT environments;
  • Coordinate & collaborate with internal and external IT colleagues
  • Apply project change control;
  • Identify relevant stakeholders and elaborate communication plan;
  • Communicate regularly and clearly on the progress of the project to management and business partners;
  • Elaborate meeting minutes and track agreed actions;
  • Schedule project resources/forecast budget and track and evaluate progress;
  • Responsible for the follow up of procedures and delivery of expected project results;
  • Set up and maintain project configuration (manuals, documents, etc.);
  • Advise Project Portfolio Board in case of re-prioritization of projects;
  • Formulate the required improvements by way of “Lessons Learned”;
  • Propose, document and validate new procedures regarding Project management/Governance inside IT;
  • Ensure the smooth transition from project mode to operational mode ;

Technical background in Cyber Security, Infrastracture would be prefered.

Location:

  • Brussels, 8 days a month in the office.
