As a Junior Business Developer at Beehire:
- You play a key role in the company's commercial strategy. Your main mission is to generate qualified leads for the sales teams in the French and English-speaking markets.
- You use various prospecting and marketing techniques (phone calls, emails, social networks, events, etc.) to identify and contact potential prospects.
- You are capable of understanding the needs of prospects and helping them find solutions to their problems by highlighting the benefits of the company's products.
- You work closely with the marketing and sales teams to define and implement effective prospecting campaigns.
Your Profile:
- You are not afraid to pick up the phone (50 to 80 calls per day).
- You have good writing skills.
- You are professional and organized.
- You are attentive.
- You are eager to learn and progress.
- You are diligent in your tasks and goal-oriented.
- You enjoy teamwork.
- You have a bachelor's degree. A master's is a plus.
- You speak French fluently with a good level of English. Dutch is a plus.
