Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach and support a planning team
- Actively participate in planning activities (order follow-up, inventory management, exception handling)
- Monitor KPIs and adjust performance when necessary
- Ensure coordination with various departments
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools
- Organize and coordinate planning activities to ensure an efficient supply chain
- Mentor and develop team members with a collaborative and empowering approach
- Track KPIs (service level, inventory, backorders) and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with procurement, sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations
- Contribute to continuous improvement while adhering to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
Requirements
- You have experience in supply chain, planning or logistics administration
- You ideally have initial experience in team coordination
- You are structured, organized and comfortable in a dynamic environment
- You are solution‑oriented with a hands‑on approach
- You are communicative and enjoy working cross‑functionally
- You have an affinity for KPIs and data analysis
- You are proficient in French and Dutch (English is a plus)
