We are working with an established engineering and manufacturing employer in Antwerp who are looking for an experienced Mechanical Service Team Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate a team of mechanical technicians.
- Allocate work and ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Provide technical support and guidance to technicians on mechanical issues.
- Use your hands-on mechanical experience to help diagnose and resolve technical problems.
- Work closely with customers and technicians to ensure work is completed effectively.
About you
- Strong previous experience as a Mechanical Technician working with industrial machinery.
- Experience with bottling, packaging or similar machinery is highly desirable.
- Strong practical mechanical and problem-solving skills.
- Confident communicating with technicians and customers.
- Able to work independently and take responsibility for organising a team.
