To grow our team in Eynatten (Belgium) we are looking for:
Procurement Specialist (m/f/d)
Permanent contract in full or part time
YOUR TASKS
- Independent management of the procurement of components and services, from requesting quotations to placing purchase orders
- Identification and selection of new suppliers, including their qualification and evaluation in accordance with our quality management system
- Proactive monitoring of delivery schedules, quality requirements and budget compliance
- Participation in requirements planning and inventory management
- Analysis and optimization of existing processes, actively contributing to their standardization, digitalization and automation
- Support for the customer service team and provision of cover when required, particularly in handling customer inquiries, spare parts requests, order processing and deliveries
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in business, economics, engineering or an equivalent qualification, complemented by relevant professional experience and/or further training
- Independent, structured and detail-oriented approach to work, with a strong interest in improving efficiency and digitalizing processes
- Good command of ERP systems and Microsoft 365 applications
- Strong customer orientation, excellent negotiation skills and confident interpersonal communication
- Professional experience in purchasing, procurement or a related field is an advantage
- Good technical understanding and an interest in products, components and technical environments are an advantage
- Experience working in a certified environment (e.g. ISO 9001 or ISO 13485) is an advantage
- Good command of English; knowledge of German and/or French is an advantage
