- Develop and configure a harmonized document management governance system
- Establish and maintain standards and procedures for metadata, localisation, version control and retention
- Coordinate with IT and relevant teams to ensure system compatibility, data migration, data integrity, process efficiency and information security
- Train and support users in document management and archiving best practices, promoting adoption and correct usage
- Monitor compliance with document management policies and intervene when required
- Analyse existing processes, design new processes, identify improvement opportunities and lead initiatives to optimise document handling and information management
Language: Dutch OR French

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience in setting up or harmonizing a document management governance system management within a business or technical environment
- Experience with digitalisation initiatives and change management
- Strong organisational and analytical skills with the ability to implement structured document control procedures from scratch
- High level of stakeholder mgmt. and effective communication skills
French or Dutch native speaker with good knowledge of the other national language and English
