MSF Belgium is seeking an HR Coordinator for its Emergency Pool (E-Pool) to deploy on short-term missions, provide HR leadership, and support emergency interventions across contexts. You will work under supervision of the Country Coordinator and HR Officer, focusing on rapid HR responses and staff wellbeing.
The role requires MSF international programme experience as HRCo and HR Manager, with fluency in English and French, and willingness to travel at short notice.
