Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required
- S ufficient operational knowledge of English to:
- understand technical, operational, safety, and security instructions;

- complete service-related documentation and ticket updates.
Duties/role
- Maintaining system documentation and configuration baselines ;
- Updating inventory, firmware/software logs, and change records ;
- Preparing service, maintenance, and performance reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) ;
- Documenting onboarding, decommissioning, and system changes ;
- Maintaining risk registers, spare parts records, and system diagrams ;
- Ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and auditable .
