Job Description
You will support ongoing development projects for both 48V hybrid inverter-motor systems and high-voltage fully electric inverter platforms. The role focuses on control algorithm development, model-based design, software implementation, and system debugging on embedded platforms.
Responsabilities include:
- Lead and support control development for 48V hybrid inverter + motor systems and high-voltage full EV traction inverters.
- Develop, refine, and validate torque control, current control, FOC, observers, estimators, PWM strategies, modulation and switching logic, infrastructures (power supplies, discharge functions, diagnostics).
- Perform model-based design (MATLAB/Simulink) to implement and update solutions/functions.
- Review and debug embedded C software and AUTOSAR components.
- Analyze hardware schematics, inverter power stage, driver circuits, and sensor interfaces to ensure correct control integration.
- Support SIL/HIL test campaigns and contribute to corrections
Required qualifications
- Degree in Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
- Expertise in motor control (PMSM, IM), power electronics, sensors/actuators technologies, embedded SW debugging.
- Ability to read hardware schematics and understand protection circuits.
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink and C/C++.
- Knowledge of HV standards (ISO 6469, etc.).
- Strong analytical mindset, hands‑on debugging, teamwork.
