For a strategic and data-driven programme within the healthcare sector, we are looking for an experienced Senior Functional / Technical Analyst who can bridge the gap between business and IT.
Your responsibilities
- Gather, challenge and analyse business requirements
- Translate business needs into functional and technical analyses
- Create clear, Dev-Ready user stories and specifications
- Model business processes using UML and BPMN
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers and testers
- Support testing activities and solution validation
- Facilitate workshops, refinements and Agile ceremonies
- Contribute to the successful delivery of data-oriented initiatives
Required experience
- Functional and/or Technical Analysis
- UML and BPMN
- Experience in IT and data-related projects
- Ability to work comfortably between business and development teams
Nice to have
- Cloud experience (AWS or similar)
- AI / LLM exposure
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, public sector or enterprise environments

You are proactive, analytical and delivery-oriented. You enjoy challenging requirements, bringing structure to complex topics and driving initiatives forward in collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
